t
The invention relates to devices for automatically performing drawing and graphic works.
A device for drawing comprises a body, a head located therein with a writing element, a mechanism for moving the head and a sealing element 1.
A disadvantage of this drawing device is insufficient reliability, since damage to the sealing element and even the writing tube for particularly thin lines is possible if the sealing element that is in contact with the writing tube turns to the side in order to prepare the tubular writing element on the other hand to move down on drawing paper. This is because during the first part of such a rotation of the sealing element, the front end of the recording tube contacts the surface of the sealing element.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the device.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the device has a pusher rigidly connected to the sealing element, and the mechanism for moving the head consists of a lever fixed at one end in the body, a pivot joint of the intermediate lever connected to it, a two-armed lever, one end of which is pivotally connected to the intermediate lever and the other interacts with a pusher, an electromagnet and
0 with him a slide with a leash connected to a two-arm lever, with two transverse annular ribs on the outer surface of the writing element, and a free end
5 levers fixed in the housing are located between the edges of the writing element. The pusher has a groove for accommodating the free end of the two-armed lever. The device has
0 an additional electromagnet with a slider interacting with the pusher, and a tension spring is installed between the pusher and the additional electromagnet.

FIG. 1 shows a device, side view; in fig. 2-5 show a diagram of the device at different moments of the relative position of the sealing element and the head with the recording tube.
The tubular recording element 1 with a tube 2 is located in the drawing head 3 and has a cylindrical part 4 at its front end in which the recording tube 2 is fastened. The cylindrical part 4 serves in the 5 drawing head to guide the writing element as well as the circular ribs 6 and 7 in the back of the tubular writing element.
The writing tube 2 rests on the sealing element 8, made of elastic material, so that in the present position an effective sealing of the writing tube is achieved and at the same time the drying of the carcass is prevented. The sealing element is part of the pusher 9 located in the body part 10 to which is screwed 11 is attached to the sealing element. In the upper part of the pusher 9, there is an open upward groove 12 with side walls 13 and 14. The pusher extends into the position shown in FIG. 1, a position by means of a pressure spring 15, this spring being supported on one side on the pusher and on the other on the case of the magnet 16, the slide -17 of which is connected to the pusher.
In the case on the side of the t-tubular writing element on the stationary axis of rotation 18, the lever 19, which passes through the side opening, is movably fixed in the case 10 and in the drawing head 3, as well as in the area between the annular ribs 6 and 7. At this operating lever at point 20, the end of the intermediate lever 21 is fixed for rotation, the other end of which is connected at the point 22 to the end of the two-arm lever 23. This lever is fixed for rotation on the stationary axis 24 and under this axis carries parallel to it a bolt 25 extending through a groove in the carrier element 26 mounted on the slider 27 of the magnet 28. The free end of the lever .23 is located in the groove 12 and communicates with one of the side walls 13 or 14.
In the event that the tubular writing element is transferred to its working drawing position, the magnet 28 is energized and the slider 27 moves 1 in the drawing to the left. As a result, the lever 23 rotates around the stationary axis of rotation 24 clockwise, so that the free end of this lever is adjacent to the side wall 14 of the groove 12 of the pusher 9 and the levers 21 and 23 are brought into position in which their longitudinal axes lie on mine (fig, 3). Due to this alignment of the levers 21 and 23, the lever 19 rotates slightly upward around the stationary axle, so that its free end interacts with the lower surface of the annular rib 6 and lifts the tubular writing element 1 to an intermediate position (FIG. 3), in which the free end of the writing tube 2 is no longer in contact with sealing element 8.
As the slider 27 of magnet 26 continues to move to the left, the free end of the lever 23 rotates further clockwise and, due to the interaction with the side wall 14 of the groove 12, moves the pusher 9 against the pressure of the spring 15 to the left, while the free end of the lever 19 moves further down (Fig. four). Due to the fact that the movement of the slider 27 of the magnet 28 is almost shock-like, the free end of the lever 19, after exceeding the aligned position of the levers 21 and 23, releases the tubular writing element almost without delay and it can fall into its working drawing position, in which the writing tube 2 is in contact with the drawing (Fig. 4). In this position of the writing element, the free end of the operating lever 19 is located over the annular rib 7 and because of this prevents the writing element from being stressed on the drawing board.
In the position of FIG. 4, a magnet 16 is excited to hold the pusher 9 in its lateral offset position against the force of the spring 15, and the magnet 28 may be de-energized. Such fixation of the pusher 9 and, together with it, the sealing element 8 in a laterally displaced position is advisable because the drawing element can then be raised and lowered, for example, to draw dashed lines, without the need for each lifting the sealing element 8 in contact with the front end writing tube 2; A similar sealing of the writing tube occurs when the writing element 1 is lifted from the drawing for a certain period of time, approximately 15 seconds, since then raising is required not on the drawing process, but on the fact that the writing element is no longer used,
In the event that in the laterally biased position of the pusher 9 held by the magnet 16, the tubular writing element is lifted from the drawing, the magnet 28 is overexcited so that the slider 27 moves to the right, and the levers 21 and 23 are rotated from the shape shown in FIG. 4 to shown in FIG. 5 position, so that the lever 19 raises the writing element 1 in the intermediate position. However, due to the fact that the free end of the lever 23 (Fig. 5). adjacent to the side wall 13 of the recess 12 of the left-pushing pusher 9, the levers 21 and 23 do not rotate through their equalized position to the position in FIG. 2, and due to adhesion to the side wall 13 are kept in this extended position, as the excited magnet 25 acts,
If the tubular writing element is again lowered before the magnet 16 is de-energized, the magnet 28 is again excited and its slider 27 moves to the left, so that the writing element 1 is lowered to the drawing position (Fig. 4). .
If the writing element does not descend for a predetermined period of time, the magnet 16 de-energizes and the spring 15 moves the pusher to the right, so that the sealing element falls under the feeding tube 2. As a result of the movement of the side wall 13 of the groove 12 to the right, p. 27 of the magnet 28 can continue to move to the right, and because of this, bring the levers 21 and 23, as well as the operating lever 19 into the position shown in FIG. 2 position so that the tubular writing element 1 is lowered into its rest position and in this position is sealed
writing toubka.
